who are we
What is it about the Fournews Developments Vibe? In 20 years it’s stayed as fresh and exciting as the hundreds of fabulous food and beverage offerings we bring to our loyal customers every day through our seven great brands. Since it was established in 1995, Fournews has become the standard by which others are measured. Fournews is what we believe in - it’s as simple as that.
The Fournews Vibe is the spirit of the company. It is what we live by every day, providing excellence, and innovating to bring more exciting concepts to South Africa.
We brought The Vibe to life when we established the hugely popular News Cafe brand, which has stood the test of time and grows in strength every year throughout South Africa with 26 franchise outlets.
To South Africans devoted to their coffee, we introduced Cafe Fino where the coffee’s the main event, but the food is just as good.
Fans of the Grab and Go coffee culture get their fix from our Illy GO outlets where aficionados say you can’t get better than this fine tribute to the Italian coffee culture.
Our newest brand is the frozen yoghurt trendsetting brand smooch, where the fresh icy treat has the added benefit of being good for you.
The group's central kitchen and menu creators - Fusion Foods and Headline Leisure Management, provide food and beverage outsourcing for hotels and casinos.

meet the directors
